Covid-19 Guest Health & Safety

 Gilbert Lodge is  very pleased to be accepting  bookings for the remainder of 2020.

We want to reassure guests that we are taking health and safety very seriously and are following all government advice. We will be continuing to make sure the very highest cleaning service is provided between bookings and have updated our changeover and cleaning services. We will also be  introducing a 72hr changeover period between each booking.  Although this will reduce our booking capacity for the remainder of this year,  we feel the health and safety of our guests and cleaners is essential and this will allow for any traces of the virus left on surfaces to be eradicated. As a consequence of the new 72 hour changeover period,  changeover days will be more flexible to accommodate.

We would also like to reassure guests that should your holiday be cancelled due to further government restrictions, we will refund 100% of the cost to you.
